Product Warranty

HOTEVO INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD.

WARRANTY Condition

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd undertakes, at our option, repair or replace our products or related accessories at no additional charge if the products or related accessories do not perform according to Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd published specifications, except as set forth under the exclusion clause and as long it is still registered under the initial end user.

Repair parts or replacement of the products or related accessories may be either new or reconditioned. All replaced parts and replaced products or related accessories become the property of Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd. Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to replace the product with a compatible later model with at least equivalent performance.

WARRANTY Registration

Warranty Registration must be done via email to Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd. within 45 days after the initial end user receives the products or related accessories. Failure to register your warranty will void the warranty claim.

EXCLUSION Clause

This warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
Warranty seal is found broken.
Damages resulting from modification or replacing the products or related accessories parts from other sources not authorized by Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd.
Damages resulting attempt to repair the products or related accessories.
Products or related accessories with tempered serial number or serial number not recognize by Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd.
Cosmetic damage on the products or related accessories surface due to discoloration or scratches.
Any damage caused by failure to follow operating or installation procedure provided with the products or related accessories.
Damages due to improper connection of the products or related accessories to the wrong source or incompatible equipment.
Replaceable items such as battery and connector.
Products or related accessories subject to extreme environmental conditions such as high temperature, humidity and corrosion beyond the recommended specification.
Damages in transit.
Any cost incurred in removing, reinstallation, shipping, warehouse and handling charges, commission, import and export charges, custom duty and taxes, and excess shipping charges incur to Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd. if the customer requests express shipping of a product or related accessory, replacement products or repair parts.

Force majeure.
The ownership has been transferred from the initial registered user without prior consent from Hotevo Innovations Sdn. Bhd.
The customer must bear two ways charges for faulty goods returned for repair.
The customer has to bear all the duty, taxes and other related cost pertaining to the return of the goods.

HOTEVO INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE BUYER EXCEPT THE CONDITIONAL WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IF THIS PRODUCT OR RELATED ACCESSORY DOES NOT PERFORM ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS AS WARRANTED ABOVE, THE BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL HOTEVO INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR RELATED ACCESSORY, EVEN IF THE BUYER HAS ADVISED HOTEVO INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY LIABILITY HOTEVO INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR RELATED ACCESSORY EXCEEDS THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

THIS CONDITIONAL WARRANTY GIVES THE BUYER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. THE BUYER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

HOTEVO INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY PROGRAM AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD AFTER SUCH TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION.
